RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange or return your order should you be dissatisfied in any way – please read below.

Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within five working days of receipt of order.

The item(s) should be in its original, unopened packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.

A pickup charge will be applied and deducted from the refund value. Refunds will be made to the purchase credit card account or in the form of HeroApps DWC LLC.

We regret that items in the following categories cannot be returned/refunded.

All Accessories, Software, STB, Remotes, Headends, IT Services and Projects, cloud services and repair works

SERVICE & WARRANTY

The products carry a limited warranty from brand/manufacturer/distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only.

The terms, conditions, duration of the warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached to each product. The warranty commences from the date of the Invoice unless specified otherwise.

Warranty is applicable within the limits of the United Arab Emirates only unless specified otherwise in the warranty card or on the Website. HeroApps DWC LLC. will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand/manufacturer/distributor. In case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to any of our HeroApps DWC LLC. In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product / Out of the Box failure, the respective service center/service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either a replacement or product repair.

Other than what is provided by the brand/manufacturer/distributor, we hereby expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (expressed or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted (including product information and/or specifications) on the Website.

  • For a product which has onsite warranty support, you can call the support center & register the complaint about onsite service
  • For a product that has back to bench service, you may drop the product to the nearest HeroApps DWC LLC. Office or service center
  • For retail products, for which HeroApps DWC LLC. is not an authorized service provider, the customer has to register the complaint with the respective authorized service provider as per the information provided in the user book.

FOR SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTING SERVICES

This service agreement shall govern and apply the statement of the project, work, letter or any other document done between persistent systems limited, and customers for the main purpose of offering professional services for IT solutions and software consulting.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The price of the products and services shall be the price that is agreed upon between the parties. Any clerical or typographic errors in the stated prices are subject to correction.
Unless it’s otherwise provided on the front, full payment is due thirty days from the invoice date. The seller may revoke or later the credit terms at any time without any prior notice.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the payment is fully made to the seller’s correct location. For avoiding any fraud, the seller will never initiate payment method changes via phone or email. In the event when the seller wants to change its payee bank account details or payment method, the seller will send the buyer a notification letter. At all times and situations, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the payment is made to the seller’s correct location, and the buyer accepts full responsibility for any misdirected funds.

If the buyer’s financial condition or any other circumstance causes the seller to feel insecure with respect to the buyer’s performance under this agreement, the seller may demand immediate payment of any amounts, suspend the performance, or cancel the entire agreement.

The purchase price of our products and services does not include excise, sales, use, shipping, or any other shipping, insurance or delivery costs.

Any due amount not paid will be subjected to a late payment fee computed daily at a rate that is equal to one or one-half percent per month or the highest rate acceptable under usury law.

Terms of shipment, delivery, and acceptance:

The seller will package the products for shipment in accordance with the standard commercial regulations and practices. All the shipments shall be delivered by the seller to the buyer’s designated delivery address at the buyer’s expense unless agreed by the seller in writing.

All the potential risks of loss related to the products shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to a common carrier, or to any of the private carrier designated by the buyer. The buyer’s rejection of any product or service shall not certainly shift such risk until the products are returned to the seller.

The delivery dates mentioned in the agreement are only estimates based on prevailing and delivery period approx of 5 – 6 weeks, from the date of payment done.
